A simple and unique safety device to simplify paddle float rescues from Kajak-Sport. The clamps are made to hold the paddle shaft securely across the rear deck of a kayak when the capsized kayaker is doing a paddle float rescue.
The fully automatic locking feature combined with the single hand release opening mechanism is secure and extremely simple to use even with cold hands or gloves on. Simply press the paddle into the clamp and the clamp will close holding it in place securely until you need to release it.
